Return requests made after this period may not be eligible.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Options

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective:

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

Return shipping costs, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
